Anastasiya Yafimava, an Assistant Professor of Music, holds a master's degree in music from Gnesins Russian Academy of Music, Moscow. Her research focuses on the role of the piano in vocal music. She is a laureate of numerous international competitions and has an extensive performance repertoire. Anastasiya joined Christ University in 2023, where she currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Piano. Before joining Christ University, she worked as a piano teacher and accompanist in Moscow and Minsk. She has significant stage experience and is the creator of the project "Magic of Sound." Anastasiya is also the musical accompanist for Christ Universitys first opera production, Trial by Jury.
